But a hallmark of his tenure in the Oval office is likely to be uncertainty and surprise. Of course, this is the opposite of the crushingly predictable, obvious, and cautious actions of Biden, guided by the Sullivan Doctrine. Soft appeasement and self-deterring de-escalation have given way to uncertainty. This episode is intended to be a catalyst of ideas, and to stimulate the pro-Ukraine community to seek opportunity, not despair. Whether consciously or accidentally, here are ten ways that Trump could screw Russia.
Those who voted for Trump see an opportunity, those who opposed him see only drs closing, and incipient authoritarianism and chaos. Russian propaganda is expert at driving this edge wider and making it more toxic. It’s incumbent on us to find ways to close the gap in perception, and counter propagandistic narratives.
Trump made his core campaign slogan – close to commitment – to stop the wars. – War does not stop. Wars will not stop. The move towards rules-based global competitor has turned to scrabbling rivalry, increasingly fractious and lawless.
We call it the international order – others just see the biggest gang on the street. We’ve not seen that it’s gone, while countries in the periphery of it will likely not mourn its passing, because in the short-term it’s in their financial interests. The long-term stability of international order probably always seemed contingent for them on the maintenance on Western military hegemony. That’s passing too.

The bleach cure you jeer Trump about is actually a UV light technology and inhalant, both real medicine with the selective 'bleach' effect on viruses and their both being commercialized. You talk about Putin believing his own propaganda but with the bleach statement you show the same mistake.

I see two missing from the list that may already be under way. One: What do you offer the Russian people? Not Putin and the Elites chained to him but the ordinary people? When Ukraine ran Donbass and Crimea things were far better for the Russians living and holidaying there. A carrot for the Russians in Ukraine, a promises of protection if they committed no crimes, would be powerful. Peace keeping, non NATO, forces to protect Russians from an almost non existent threat would buy trust.
Two: Supporting the Freedom of Russia people and their other elements: freedom of Siberia; the Chechen group, etc. I suspect these are much bigger than they seem with 10 noncombat people for every combatant. Real governments in exile. A Russian Maga. Someone is funding that and helping. Its probably not the far left in the EU or Biden. They lack the imagination. It can be just Ukraine however Trump, through some of his surrogates has already done similar things with Chinese dissident groups and some non islamist Turkish groups. He supported MbS in Saudi Arabia getting rid of the pro- al Qaeda princes. Getting rid of the Al Qaeda media leader. No you can't cut someone up and flush them down an embassy toilet. That does not even work in the movies.
Trump is not a pacifist. Ask general Qasem Soleimani. He worked with the FBI to take down the mafia. Worked with the people going after Epstein years before he ran for office. Everything bad is an act, thin skin and all. A very cunning act. The good guy who pretends to be the bad guy is very powerful.

I like this vid a lot. But there is a very UNLIKELY scenario that must at least be considered.
What if Trump removes the US nuclear 'umbrella' from Europe? If Putin perceived his own back to be to the wall would he use strategic nuclear bombardment to cripple western Europe excluding UK and France? Who would retaliate? Trump? Would UK and France trade London and Paris for Moscow and St Petersburg? Would Putin realise that becoming the pariah of the world would irretrievably damage Russia? Would he care if Russia were destroyed as long as he remains the least insignificant thing in it?

Putin had nothing to do with Trump being elected. Thats Democrat fakery. Many of the comments are clearly made by people who live in a MSM echo chamber. Trump is on record with some ideas to end the war. Close all oil export loopholes drop the international price of oil by 50% within 12 months and if necessary give Ukraine access to the weapons they need. He will pressure China and India to stop supporting Russia or face increased tariffs and sanctions.
Of all the arguments about how to manage the war in Ukraine and all the talk about peace deals and when a deal can be struck, there is one simple sentence that was said in this monologue that we must now accept as the truth; Putin will not stop until he is stopped.

Trump didn't mean to state to inject bleach. It was an analogy put so the comman person could understand what he meant. You wouldn't believe how the democrats try to spin everything Trump says as something outlandish or into a lie. Just as Putins propaganda and lies about Ukraine the Democrats try to spread their propaganda and lies about Trump. Don't listen to every little thing and give him a chance. He would do better with support.
Poland would be happy to be an active partner in the creation of another smaller more nimble European alliance.

I think you need a list of what Europe can do without America. Its a long list, and at the moment, a combined subset of European countries is more powerful than Russia, and they should act that way.
Trump knows he not popular in Europe. USA popular support continued is the essence.
On the other hand, Europe may wish to encourage USA to work with them. While spitting all the way, nearly all of Europe military spending exceeds 2%.
I am certain that smarter Republicans than Trump are figuring out how to maximize profits from a Russian defeat. It seems to me that this is the opportunity of a lifetime; similar to the spoils of WWII being divided before the war was over.
When it comes to Trump saying he would abandon NATO, that is no more than a negotiation tactic to get European countries to pay their fair share. It was working 4 years ago but the incoming president just let it slide. He wanted to be liked by his fellow socialists in the EU.
