I wish that star path had more rewards. I finished it about three weeks ago. As much as Im tired of motifs, to not have them to design custom tees for the theme was kinda a letdown.
I am looking forward to having new biomes to decorate and finally have a reason to drop those house skins that I haven't placed yet for lack of space.

Good tips. The dragon pet for sure is one of my most anticipated! I've got a storage room and the dreamlight for the Sally update, so now I'm working on finishing my EI achievements and making some money. I love cooking down my fish and eating the meals that are over 3K energy: lobster roll, fish taco with catfish or pike, sweet udon with squid or crab, etc…

Thanks for the awesome tips and reminders, Jade! I'm set on most items, including money and energy foods, but I need TONS of myst, so I'm going to focus on that for the next few days. I have vacuums in every biome–they're my favorite tool by far–but I blanked on making some ahead of time for the DLC. I also need tons of large storage chests. I've just started decorating storage rooms to make everything pretty and more accessible, but the mistake I made early on (or, not a mistake really, just due to lack of the right resources) was stocking up on the small chests. I have a lot of those but not nearly enough of the large ones, and that's only going to get worse with the new content, so I'll be spending a lot of time in the mine, too. Actually, the biggest problem for the chests is getting enough onyx, even with potions and a mining buddy. I think I have enough to do eight large chests if I use every piece of onyx I have, but I probably need twenty or more of the large ones, just to deal with what I now have crammed into multiple small ones. I do wish they'd give us an upgrade option, or a way to break items back down into their component parts to make other things like we can on Fae Farm. Maybe someday!

I'm definitely wrapping up a few things too, my storage is chaos rn and I want to rethink my whole setup so at the moment I trash dump into whatever chest I have until I figure out how I want to make space for new DLCs haha. Def also stocking up on resources, meals, potions and finishing up some decor ideas I want to have done before the holidays! Basically wrapping up projects haha.

I've been a little unmotivated to prep my valley for the new expansion, despite being super excited for it. This was a nice motivator to start doing some resource grinding and to work on my friendship levels ☺
