Couple things…
The poster has Sam Wilson AKA Captain America blocking a punch from Red Hulk. Remember when Emile Blonsky took that kick in The Incredible Hulk film? Yeah, Sam blocking that punch is ludicrous unless he has some version of Super Soldier Serum in him, a fact that might actually be true if you go to 1:05 into this trailer and watch him do a high speed superhero landing.
Looks like Sam's on the juice to me.

CGI still takes me out of it a bit, especially his face vizor thingy but there is still time to fix it.
