A 23-year-old father, who was driving to take family photos with his 5-month-old daughter, was shot to death while the baby was inside the vehicle in the Alief area of southwest Houston, according to family at the scene.

Adults on the outside and neglected infants on the inside. We now have masses of neglected and abused children that are physically adults reacting like angry children wanted fed, diapers changed, to be held that never got those needs met in childhood. You won't get a healthy adult if they weren't raised as healthy children.
