  1. Canada has put dental care for senior (the wealthiest group in society) and other initiatives over the protection of our country. This disregard for our safety doesn't just show in military spending but foreign interference, too.

  2. Every single question and answer in this interviews don't. Because if you can't explain and you don't explain right off the bat how and why Russia would invade Canada via the Arctic well you just spewing garbage

  3. When has Trump ever paid his fair share of the bill? He has siphoned more cash from his schemes than Canada owes to NATO. I have a screen door for his personal submarine, and I won't charge him a thing.

  4. I think the summary Ivo Daalder rings true to everyone (except most Canadians), defend yourself. Stop looking to big brother for help while spending like crazy on social programs. Does anyone remember back in the 90's when we had a destroyer ( we used to have 4) leave Halifax for the Persian Gulf and a Sea King helicopter 'crashed' on the deck (or something embarrassing like that) and the ship had to turn back into Halifax for repairs? Unreal how slack we are. I think the nation is lucky anyone signs up to work under these conditions.

  5. Canada should be paying its fair share fo NATO. For all the whining we hear about the rich not paying their "fair share"…the government certainly does a bang up job of meeting its own obligations. We have 2 billion to waste on a satellite internet program, but cant provide the military with proper equipment and training? So much waste…taxes arent the problem, misallocation of taxpayer funds is.
