  1. BA I been watching dawgNation for a long bit, being roughly in the same age group as yourself, it keeps me from commenting (especially very reactively) to every little thing that's not a 100% perfect that our Dawgs do..like many of your older fans, we've seen it all, and most importantly, remember the many years it was hard watching our Boyz play…now that being said…I also am enjoying and living it up in the wonderful era of UGA football, change is difficult for everyone, especially things that the powers to be have baked in to their preconceptions of who are the power teams in D-1 ball and the SEC more in general…that doesn't mean though that I've let myself get spoiled, to much wisdom (if I actually have any…lol) to become one of those fans…I guess what im saying, is I get it for younger UGA fans who basically only know of UGA being the top or #2, maybe #3 team in the country, year in & year out…but there's that middle group who knows a bit about rough being a Dawg fan use to be but have more experience with us in this era, wanting to hop these shows, and instantly (like after the bama game) point out our time on top was over, were we (while certainly concerned with the loss, simply couldn't look pass the 4 unanswered scores in the 2nd half to take the lead) yes we lost, but if ya been around, it clearly should you we simply wouldn't lay down and just take an a$$ kicking…and we were right…we dusted off, went back to work, and have done nothing but when since, while it was obviously clear, bama showed or should have should people, success has a way it needs to be handled also, or you end up looking like the embarrassment they were in losing to Vanderbilt (and we all know it doesn't matter that, yes vandy is better than the vandy we've all known and come to love of the past) I grant you, any other team (I'm gonna even say UGA) would not have the luxury of that a$$ kicking by a team that is never okay to have happen, talked about nationally for a a day or two, and then have the media talk about how good vandy is this year, too then have them lose to GA southern…making the bama'a loss look even more pathetic…so while that's all happening, we get back to work and waxed (what all national media just knew to be a fact-using their infinite wisdom) would be a loss to Texas…instead we slapped college football in the face and said, what, y'all thought we were just gonna lay down and mail the rest of the season in…and lastly, I'll be the first to acknowledge Beck (in my opinion, is in his head) has played bad lately…yet you won't hear the national media go on to mention that despite this, "that's just how good UGA is" 99% of other teams would've lost at least one of those games where that many INT's are thrown…my point and I'm sorry my comment has now reached the length of 30 for 30 script…lol, beck was given the rightful nod at the beginning of the season as pre draft possible #1 overall pick….for a reason…and he has not forgotten how to play nor how good he is…I can picture now many of those tight NFL size windows he's able to place a throw… I'm confident as in baseball, and hopefully it will come this weekend, the first time he hits 1 or 2 throws, regardless of how difficult we may or may not think they are, that the light in his clicks, then it's game on…we are (I'll give everyone this one) winning right now, in spite of Carson, so just imagine when he finds himself again. We will be unbeatable…I do not agree he should be benched, I agree that Kirby (same guy that started a walk on over a #1 prospect) only to go on and win us 2 back to back national titles, the benefit of the doubt. If that doesn't deserve it, then for those fans, I say you've become spoiled or least don't understand, that in football, just as in life, the road is almost "Never Ever" smooth…and having gone through this will only make him better in the long run…I like to think of Aaron Rodgers… he's great win playing with a lead, best record all time I believe, but let him fall behind, and his whole personality changes… against bama, Carson got punched hard, and turned around and played so damn well, the moment we took that lead, ya could've heard a pin drop in state of Alabama…Maybe folks forget Mathew Stafford….gun slinger, and was and still to this day, is probably gonna through an INT during the game, it's the trade of when ya got a quarterback that knows he's good, and will turn around and go hit the guy between the numbers next drive, because he isn't scared…also by the way, has more come from behind victories than anyone not named Tom Brady…now I'm not saying Carson is or will become any of those guys, but we didn't know that about them at the time either…he is NOT a game manager, you don't score 4 unanswered TD's on a Bama team that just put up 28 on you (in the first half no less) unless you got some dog in you…all this I know is predicated that he (and only himself) is able to get through this, I believe he will, cause that's what a winner does…ps he throw 20 picks in a game for all I care, but if makes the one's (when ya absolutely have too) that wins the game…then so be it…think anyone will remember the picks, if he leads us down the field to win the SEC Championship or better a 3rd National title in
    4 yrs? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
GREAT SHOW MY FRIEND & AS ALWAYS: GO DAWGS 🏈💯
