Hey Plextor, I was watching your play through of Black Mesa a bit ago. You said you really enjoy that style of game & asked your viewers for any other similar games. Here's a couple of older games you may like if you haven't tried them already. The Half Life 2 series which is a sequel to Black Mesa (you most likely have played them already). I really enjoyed them and still return to them once in awhile. Another similar game in an open world setting is Fallout New Vegas and some of the other Fallout games.
Last episode you asked your viewers what games they enjoyed. I currently like Anno 1800. It's hard to describe so I recommend checking out some play throughs (Nivarias's are a good choice). I also play Cossacks 3 & Age of Empires II. Both are RTS war games, AOE is medieval & Cossacks is as the name says. Humanitz as well of course.
