Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a speech at the Ellipse in Washington Tuesday night, deemed the “closing argument” of her 2024 presidential campaign. The speech comes just a week from Election Day as voters take to the polls to determine who will be the next president of the United States between her and former president Donald Trump.
