  1. Sweet Tea Sundays. Welcome to retirement Brad. I just retired from dreary depressing CT last year and moved here to the sunshine state home of the free. Florida would love to have a guy like you. Gym Beach Pool and investing. I would much rather have the 7/10 percent yield and know my money will always be there God forbid I need it.But also like a very small portion to gamble on High yielders keeps the heart pumping lol.Also.better of then going to a casino at least you get paid to lose lol.The 10 year is higher then the 2 year leads me to believe HYPERINFLATION but who knows Just have to protect ourselves just in case it does happen.10 percent of what you make well that would be elimated as soon as someone goes to the grocery store lol

  2. Great content, thanks. Every time someone mentions to me BRICS, I ask them: Where would you invest a million dollars? Russia, Brazil, China, India or USA? 😅😅😅

  3. I’ve been to some gold mines as well. Most mines operate on very thin margins, as the extraction, refining, and environmental remediation is extremely expensive. Individual mines can become unprofitable at a moments notice if commodity prices shift, and ownership changes hands constantly. Not something I’d want to invest in.

  4. Another good video, I really REALLY liked the DTE's video you did where in 3 min or less you go over how their strikes went and what their future distributions look like, if you keep putting those out and I can stop in one place to get trades for the next few weeks on all the DTE's you will continue to have my comments, likes, and subscription.

  5. Brad,

I max out my 457b. I have a taxable brokerage account. At 30 years old, do you think someone at my age should be in covered call funds or growth then rebalance later in life

  6. I also joined Steven’s group on Seeking Alpha some weeks ago and sent him a thank you message… received crickets… not even an acknowledgment :X Very disappointing. Hence left the group after about a month.
