I think the comment about the ERA is saying that a $50B loan will take several years of Russian interest revenue to repay. E.g. say the Russian were to be getting $10B per year in interest payments then it would take 5 years to pay of the $50B loan so the next loan could not be for 5 years.
In other words the loan is an advance agaisnt expected interest payments to Russia.
Or put another way the loan's value is more than 1 year's interest.
The UN is not fit for purpose anymore.

Europe haven't learn any lesson, is joining America blindly to antagonise China to their grave disadvantage, here there is no obvious gain for europe but stands to lose tremendously.
NATO as we all now know is a destructive organisation is about to extend to Asia in a clandestine manner. We await the mayhem that will follow them. Japan, which is the only country that has been nuked , is about to make the same mistake and may suffer similar fate the second time. Too sad indeed.

In response to the loan inquiry, the funds being loaned are not sourced from the current interest generated on Russian assets. Instead, the loan is being provided now and will be repaid using the interest accrued over time.
