  1. You're back!!! This is great. You were really anti Blue Origin if I remember correctly. I love your Roman history channel by the way. I want Blue to succeed though. Jeff Bezos hasn't made any friends within the space community. Maybe you're the guy to change this. This could be a niche considering New Glenn will be launching soon.

  2. Yes but something else you forgot to mention…starship is also late for 2026…it won't be able to complete all the human rate fly test to reach the moon….refueling, landing on the moon, etc before 2026…then Starship is LATE!!!…instead next month New Glenn is suppose to launch, and next year they plan to land on the moon…with New Glenn and the lander…and guess what ? BO doesn't need to do it because the first mission Artemis V is schedule for 2029!!!…something that Starship won't be able to do it not in 2025 or 2026

  3. My fear is that, given Spacex's exceeding advances ahead of the competition, human nature will dictate that the govt. suppress Spacex is order to balance the playing field with Blue Origin, and the rest… Its not reasonable to consider the current govt (Biden/Harris) to have a hope in Hades of making a thoughtful, intelligent decision on continued progress.

  4. I disagree. How the BO moon lander might help us to build a moon base, if the payload of it is very limited, and here its not important whether the fuel might be produced on a lunar surface. Starship is crutual for a moonbase. In case it works, own fuel depots on a moon directly for a lunar starship won't be a problem. We just really bring this fuel to the moon surface. With the idea of starship launch for 2mio USD, this wouldn't be a problem anymore.

  5. The HLS version of Starship might be fitted with rocket systems associated with moon conditions, bearing in mind they're not even returning to Earth..Merlin's would do the trick here, although they might need some tweaking.. SpaceX is quite capable in fulfilling their contractual duties. I'm confidant they've got a very capable COO not to mention Kathy Lueders through who's hard work they got the HLS project in the first place..

  6. I think Starship would be better suited as just a heavy freighter and send astronauts with Blue Origin ships. If you need building materials, or mining equipment when you need big bulky equipment then Starship is your ship, but just astronauts then Blue is your team, that’s if Blue Who actually can make it to space πŸ˜‚

  7. Relying on Blue Origin for anything is a mistake. They need to prove they can meet their production demand and actually build an orbital rocket before they are awarded anything.

  8. Don't hold your breath while waiting for BO to get to the moon! they can't get off earth which is step one. Beezer lacks a vision and he only wants to outdo Elon. Cue Aerosmith here, Dream On

  9. One thing I would promote is the use of Hydrogen power plants on the Moon or even Mars. https://youtu.be/qu1W-6gc36c I am sure TechChasm knows how hard it is to clean and reuse a Hydrolox engine and how easy it is to clean and reuse a Methalox engine, in comparison.?? So why is TechChasm promoting Jeff Bazo’s Moon Lander? Does he have something against Starship or is he just being paid by Blue Origin? I am sure TechChasm is just trying to breed competition or conversation.?? Haven’t we all read my past comment pointing out that more spaceships are using Methalox these days for refueling and reuse, because it is easier?

  10. Usually it's management that gets things done. And moral. Seems SpaceX has gotten the same kind of team motivation that got the U.S. to the moon during the 60's…. plus money πŸ’°
