When the brakes fail in the accelerator keeps going throw your car in neutral and gradually use the E brake to slow down then after that just slamming in the park will stop the vehicle

It’s crazy how run away cars are still a thing. Just put it into neutral. They design shifter lock outs the way they do for scenarios like at 3:40. You don’t need brake application to get out of drive. And if the transmission control module is bad, it wouldn’t even let you go into gear in the first place.

I've always been a good driver.I can't remember the last time I was in an accident. Perhaps when I was a teenager.
Yes when I was young I used to drive like a maniac they were times in my life when I even ran from the police I went through the phase of motorcycles fast cars the whole nine yards I think I could drive better blindfolded and backwards then some of the things that I've witnessed here unbelievable. If I didn't see it with my own eyes maybe it's bad luck or bad karma I don't know what's going on here
2:44 i never understand these ones, can you not slip the gear lever 1 notch forward to neutral, if not you surly should be ably to turn key off not fully off but enough to cut the engine off cutting off acceleration yeah most cars with engine off you will loose power steering so it might be a pain to steer but better than the other alternative right?
Edit 1 of them options is most definitely available to you if not well you have choose a bad car manufacturer i as a mechanic how ever personally do not know of any cars then while car is moving ignition cant be switched to turn off engine while driving and also i have had times in multiple different vehicles ive owned where brake lines go out and have to make it back home or where ever i like to when stopping put it in neutral when i dont have brake lines so that the engine is not trying to go still while im braking just for the little extra braking….

In high school two kids were hit walking home from school. Their walk was only four blocks, and it was the middle of the day. Some drunk a**hole hit them, dragging one under his car until the kid's head hit the curb and they both ended up in a fence. That poor kid died. The other kid (who lived two houses from me) suffered severe brain damage and will be a dependent for the rest of his life. I watch these videos of drunk drivers, and criminals running from the cops, and my blood boils.

I honestly think I can cut the guy who didn’t know what to do if your brake stops working some slack. A lot of driving schools don’t teach that and it said the guy was quite young.
