Boy Danny, everything dish look so delicious, got to go there when the next time I'm in LV. That abalone noodle dish looked really delicious. Wonder what that plate cost, I know abalone is quite expensive and my mom used to make squab for us when we were kids and I remember that the texture was really firm and lean, it wasn't my favorite… lol!! Jade Asian Kitchen is very upscale place!! Enjoyed the video!!

This was wonderful Danny. I always think of the Buffets at LV. When you mention Herbs I think about Weeds. The Bonus Section was unexpected. I guessed Chef was from Vietnam before he said. There was only ONE choice for each of the 3-courses and honestly wasn;t expecting much being a Casino restaurant..But I was dead wrong–looks excellent and excellent VALUE. Lot of pork chops. Mmm
It never ceases to amaze me how often in Vegas, you are eating where tons of people just walk by and can see you eating etc. Now I've been to Vegas tons of times in my near 50 years and I've eaten in places like this that are "open" and have these sorts of specials/anniversary meal deals – which means (usually) they are packed with people and crowds. It just weirds me out, people being able to watch me eat like that. Other than the obvious people in a restaurant of course lol
Also, that place just LOVED garlic eh Danny? Well, either garlic or fried ginger I suppose. Either way, kudos for them because that pork chop dish looked terrific. I'm not the biggest fan of papaya, so that's a pass for me (and I don't eat seafood/fish so yeah) but you might be lucky that wasn't a Thai or Vietnamese (traditional) papaya salad because it would have melted your face off. Certainly wouldn't have been "refreshing" lol
