The crisis in mature masculinity is very much upon us. Men feel anxious, on the verge of feeling impotent, helpless, frustrated, unloved, unappreciated, and often ashamed of being masculine. Something vital is missing in the many lives of men.
For students of mythology and Jungian psychology, there is hope. The external deficiencies we face—absent fathers, immature role models, a lack of meaningful rituals, and the scarcity of ritual elders—can be overcome if we look within ourselves, and turn towards the archetypes of the mature masculine within our unconscious.

Here for the men in my life and laughing almost immediately at myself. My inner masculine is a huge part of my healing journey right now. Pulled the King of Pentacles for my conscious state, using Jungian based archetypal tarot, and watching the unfolding this week. A bit more challenging is the card representing my unconscious energy working within – The Moon. The deck I chose showed no path unlike the traditional deck. The collective? Blah blah, brilliant content!!

For me life with only mature characteristics is profoundly boring. I've long since been called infantile and hedonistic, but without infantilism we sacrifice our ideals. And sympathizing with the archetype of the warrior is misleading as it could produce violence

The family has become a sinkhole instead of a castle, those sticking with it become more degraded instead of empowered. All religious bound families are slowly drifting towards civil war as a means to objectively stands for its long term goal of stability and value promulgation while the other side of the war stands for something alien to it and vice versa, while beliefs morph into something too new or too old as the world changes.
I've strugled with gender identity for a while. I have thought I might be a trans woman, or gender fluid. But ive realized labeling myself is not the answer (im speaking for myself as im an ally for the trans comunity). I've realized through therapy (and these videos have helped a lot too) that I am strugling with my masculine self. While my Anima has taken a significant role in my life, this does not mean it should rule it. I love the potencial my msculinity offers, but im deeply affected by the shadow of these archetypes as I have bien denying them for a while. Im finding balance. Im now on a journy to love and embrace both my femenine and masculine archetypes, without labeling myself.
I’m deeply grateful for the divine randomness of the world that led you to create this channel and present such complex ideas for those of us who seek knowledge but feel too lazy to discover it on our own. You truly have changed peoples lives. Thanks.
