The lost sheeple in the United States don't realize this is God's punishment for the sexual sin in this country just like Sodom and Gomorrah. With the severity of the hurricanes lately and all the other calamities going on and the abundance of these massive disasters in the last couple years; I think this is linked to the birthing pains that it talks about in the Bible because people are not repenting and God is angry. Mankind can do a little bit to manipulate the weather but they want you to think they can do stuff like this to keep us in fear so the ruling class have power over us just like the bully in the schoolyard says he's got a gun at home but he really don't. Who do these Elites think they are, "God" They're not capable of stuff like this, I don't think anyways.

Man is God and the son of man is Jesus so obviously that verse means when Jesus returns. The world will not come to an end because of flooding only, it will be because of a lot of different calamities like it speaks about in the Bible. That's why God created the rainbow as a promise to the world he would never completely flood the world again to end it.
