"IT'S ALIVE! IT'S ALIVE! IT'S ALIVE!! IN THE NAME OF STAN LEE! NOW, I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE STAN LEE!!"
Agreed. Monsters are better. But take care for assholes transcends such divisions.
Frankenstein goes through a lot, but his kindness is something we can aspire to.

What monster spore of comic madness is this?
I was joking last video when I said either Frankenstien or Werewolf by Night would be next to get me to keep watching. You must really want me to watch all of Moarte's videos this year, well played. 🙂
Frankenstein and Drakula are two kinds of undead, a flesh golem vs a cursed entity, I suppose it all comes down to "which is the best zombie?"
I love the fight in this issue. We don’t often see Frankenstein and Dracula as equals in media, least of all battling it out like this, especially when usually Frankenstein is the henchman to Dracula and nothing more in films they share.
Which is a shame it doesn’t happen more often seeing as the two were essentially progenitors of modern horror cinema with both Universal films popularizing the genre back in the 30’s and bringing horror back to popularity in the 40’s when Universal tried distancing themselves from horror, but saw that they couldn’t simply throw away what made them money when a double feature of the two raked in a lot of money.
Plus they have such a great contrast. One is a tragic, lonely, vagabond aggregate created through science, while the other is an aristocratic, elementally evil being of ancient magic. One is often seen as a brute, while the other a more sophisticated creature that hides its true nature.
I love the concept of Frankenstein vs Dracula is what I’m saying.
I’d make an Its Alive joke but I feel like there’s gonna be a lot of those already 😂
Marvel's Frankenstein is very tuff.
Super cute ending bumper with a Kitty Cat!! Look at em, being a smart Cat and getting their food out of that cauldron! 🥰
Spooky.
hold up, seeing eye human for a blind werewolf is an amazing concept! like, that's the kinda story that deserves it's own mini series!
What awesome way to end the fight between Frankenstein and Dracula

my undead friend you're jaw must hurt from chewing the scenery
I always liked Marvel's Dracula because of how comically ineffective he is. There was a comic where he met Dr. Doom and Doom literally laughs in his face. It's very rare to see the biggest, baddest Vampire of them all nerfed so much, but he's really more of a minor inconvenience than a genuine threat.
I have the Essentials version and original graphic novel. Since Essentials is all black and white, it makes me nostalgic for the Universal Monster classics. Thank you for showing us that this series existed.
Best time of the year🦇🕷🧛🏻♂🎃
Won't lie, the review was great but I have been prompted to make extra engagement cos KITTY
Got to admit, I really find it hilarious that Dracula has to rob an undertaker for a new coffin. I'm just picturing him busting wearing a ski-mask.
Ah our yearly check in on the Monster, my favorite
😈
The kitty cat bumper really fits with the Halloween vibes, nothing scarier than a little fluff ball who knows how to get things out of recipients
Nice to see this series return!
Next time DC zombies!
i do like that backup story – that's a good story
Thank you
