Cleetus McFarland to the RESCUE, AGAIN! Thank you Sir!

We all like to think when people truly needed us, we would step up and do anything we could to help out. Well Cleetus McFarland, the well known Automotive YouTuber and all around amazing person can now add Hero to his list of accomplishments.

While I know he didn’t do it for the praise or the internet clout, what he and his wife DID do deserve an incredible thank you. Their generosity and willingness to put themselves in harms way to help the people of Ashville North Carolina over the weekend is truly legendary. Kudos to you Sir, I’m proud to have met you and shaken your hand, and I for one will do what I can to follow your example.

  1. Sir I completely agree, Garrett and Maddie went above and beyond to do whatever they could to help people they didn't even know, and quite possibly well never see again. That my friend is a TRUE AMERICAN. Helping whoever ,wherever, however you can in time of need. Regardless of race , religion or political party, it just doesn't matter.
Austin I can't do much,,, But I can watch every video you have out multiple times everyday and give you a thumbs up and comment on everyone. GOD BLESS YOU SIR FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO. JUST KNOW IT HASN'T GONE UNNOTICED.

  2. Not just Cleetus and his wife but to all the other private helicopter owners / pilots that flew in to help at great risk to man and machine.
There were around 40 private helicopter's at one point.
    Truly amazing.
Thanks Austin for shedding more light on the North Carolina situation.

  3. Maddie was the driving force behind what Cleetus did this weekend. They are an incredible team and took a huge risk flying in some very dangerous areas. Cleetus showed a short video and you could see the concern on his face. He did not do it for the clicks but to just help out his fellow Americans. There were many others doing exactly the same thing and they all deserve our thanks. God bless you all.

  5. Good on you for this video and the articulate message about what that man and his family have done. Watching his videos you could tell he was at work. That was intense flying to say the least. I was already a big fan of his channel and enjoyed the entertainment for sure but this is next level humanity…its hard not to be touched by what he has done.

  6. We are in swva near Bristol and I am trying to get help together. But I must find a lawyer and a bank to handle all of the funds to ensure that donation amounts and moneys spent can be viewed to ensure that the people benifit from it.

  7. I have family in Asheville as well. I just heard tonight that both of my Aunts, as well as my cousin and his family are alright. One Aunt left prior and the other Aunt has 3 trees on her house and not sure the extent of the damage. She went to my cousins(her sons house) since it was intact. Our family is one of the lucky ones no one was hurt and everyone is accounted for.

My heart ❤and 🙏 prayers go out to the families who lost a loved one or who is still searching for them.

  8. I got a feeling Cleet wou ld be sitting back n saying its not about him and his achievements. It's about being generous with his time to others.
It's about all the other pilots, using to talents to help, it's about the volunteers and those struggling.
