UNGA 2024: Israel Will Fight Until “Total Victory” if Hamas Does Not Surrender, Says Netanyahu

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the attacks by Hamas in the country while addressing the members of the United Nations General Assembly. He recalled the Hamas-led attack on the Palestinian territories on October 7 and the attacks by Iran-backed Houthi group which led to the deaths of a number of people. He said that, “We will fight until we achieve total victory”. “If Hamas stays in power, it will regroup and rearm and attack Israel again and again and again as it has vowed to do,” he added.
