Unfortunately my arraignment in Nassau was scheduled on the same day as my violation trial in Schenectady, NY. One of Jacob’s associates will represent me in Nassau to obtain an adjournment of my arraignment. Jacob and I will be on trial in Schenectady. Schenectady is another case where I am charged because I dared to take pictures and video in a public space. The government needs to be transparent and respect our rights.
Every defunct court in every county is a burden to the residence. Every enforcer and blue line gang memeber is a burden and a problem. We don’t need them. We need public service workers. Ones that want to better their communities. These people are not qualified. Where are our “peers”

I think whoever can afford to bring a lawsuit against a Police Department should do so. Until the public get fed-up of paying for dirty officers only then will things change. If possible try and sue the insurance companies the Police Departments use, then the insurance companies will no-longer want to insure these police departments anymore and the officers will have to pay for their own insurance or get insurance denied because the officers are a liability. A lot of Police Departments put aside 150-200 million dollars for claims each year in their annual budget, so please go ahead and sue as much as possible, the money has already been put aside for everyone.
