  1. Don't trust in yourselves or your works or your performance or behavior or lifestyle to get eternal life. You KNOW you have eternal life right now if you believe the record God gave us about his Son! Trust Christ alone!
    1 John 5

10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

  2. How a calvinist should approach a person with his “gospel”:
"Hi! I have good news for you! I don't know if God loves you, the most likely is that He hates you.
I also don't know if He died for you on the cross, only a very few were chosen… But Listen!"

Sad but true! This is the false gospel that is being preached in many churches.
We need urgently to bring back the powerful, simple and true gospel summarized in John 3:16.

If God says that He died for everyone, it means that He died for EVERYONE:
    Isaiah 53:6 ; John 1:29 ; John 3:16,17 ; John 4:42 ; 2 Corinthians 5:14,15 ; Romans 5:18 ;
    1 Timothy 2:6 ; 1 Timothy 4:10,11 ; Titus 2:11 ; 1 John 2:2 ; John 12:47 ; 1 John 4:14 ; Hebrews 2:9 …etc

Let's be very careful, let's not be found liars.

  3. The righteous receive immortality at the second coming. “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.” (1 Corinthians 15:51-54) “For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun.” “For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?” “The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.” “For the grave cannot praise thee, death can not celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth.” “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit [“breath”] shall return unto God who gave it.” “In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.” “For as the body without the spirit [“breath”] is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” “Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.” “For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,” “These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.” “Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.” “Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.” “But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.” “And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” The Bible is very clear about what happens after death. (Isaiah 8:19-20) (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18) (John 11:23-27) (John 11:11-14) (Acts 2:34) (Acts 2:29) (James 2:26) (Genesis 3:19) (Ecclesiastes 12:7) (Isaiah 38:18) (Psalms 6:5) (Ecclesiastes 9:5-6) (Psalms 115:17)

Luke 23:43  "And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee To day, shalt thou be with me in paradise." It does not say that the man went to heaven that day but that Jesus gave the promise to him that day.

John 20:17  Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

  4. The doctrine you are teaching is heresy and a denial of the resurrection. It is amazing how many Christians have been deceived by this false doctrine. You use two texts taken out of context when the entire Bible says otherwise. The righteous receive immortality at the second coming. Second of all, if you have an immortal soul that came into your body when your are conceived, tell me what happened on this day 500 years ago. This is one of the doctrine of devils Paul warned about.

  5. You are not going to Heaven immediately! You are sleeping until Jesus is coming back! Read Revelation 8:1 means prophetic, six days quietness, Jesus comes out of the Orion ( the only Star- black hole,to be seen in both parts of the World,!) Jesus Followers have been lifted towards him, and the seventh day, first time Sabbath in Heaven! Matthew 24:42. Hour,Day, Year Principe, read Hesekiel 4:1-7!!!

  6. Purgatory doesn't exist! It is Catholic wrong teaching! And Jesus did say to the thief:" today I say to you,you will be with me in Heaven"! Then Jesus was three days in the Grave, and after his Father raced him from the death,Roman 6:4+Acts 2:32, he needed 40 days to resurrection! Acts 1:1-3!!!

  8. The notion of believers having to suffer in Purgatory is gravely insulting to the notion that Christ's sacrifice was sufficient to atone for the sins of all mankind who accept Him as their savior.

  9. I have to disagree with you, In the first two passages you mentioned, I think you are misinterpreting and revelation is future tense. I don't think any humans are in Heaven until after the Judgement.
