Justin if you do take the shopping trips, just know they are very time consuming. If AND when the store is out of an idem you have to look for an alternate item that the customer added, IF they added any. If they don't, you have to call the customer to see what they want to do. Then you have to pay for the items with the card which has the amount prepaid. When the price is different than what Uber assigned you have to wait while Uber corrects the amount assigned to your card. Then when you make the delivery the customer will give you a bad rating because the store didn't have what they wanted. But I will say that Pet Stores are rather good. But I stopped doing all shopping because of the constant tickets coming in and interfering with rides coming in. Also six cases of water and groceries delivered to a third floor apartment in 90 degree temps and getting a zero tip makes your attitude go #$*^@!
i stay away from the shopping it can be a major headache like uber conect /uber eats and the rate not worth my time so i stick to passengers and only certain types of dogs can be trained for service animals most passengers try to avoid paying the extra for animal friendly trips cause it cost a little more. that regular passenger trips…

I do not advise the Shop and Deliver's they some pay good but the majority think it your job or something like you get an hourly pay or something and don't tip and think your supposed to go get all the groceries for $4 and deliver them like room service for nothing!

Yeah those window mounted video cameras are the best to have. Yes we had a former customer accused a employee who gets parts and other things. The lady accused him of stuff. He called the office and Jessie was yelling at me to go with her. We arrived at the location and Jessie grabbed the camera and watched it and said he didn't do anything to her. Cops watched it and they slammed her to the ground. I said don't even think about getting your vehicle cause it will be demolished. I had the shop kid dismantle everything that's good for part's and take it to the scrap yard. And tell them to smash it up. The employee looks like he has Down Syndrome but he does not have it. He's happily married to his wife. And they have kid's and no issues with them. He always wears sunglasses cause I can't tell. He walks in restaurants and sits down and removes the sunglasses and people are like where's your staff. Trust me his wife will go off on them.
I am homebound and I use Uber about ones a week to order extra stuff from the grocery store. I would love to go to the store but I can’t go out in public. It’s really great fast with great people

My son drove for them part time for a few years. He finally told people that wanted to just go into a crowded place for one minute and end up waiting 15 to 20 mintues. He told them either they had to pay him at least $1 for every two minutes waiting time. One tome a person went into a store and after 20 minutes they skipped out the back door..Another nogoodnic did not want to pay a $5 bridge tool to take them to neighboring state.

I got a lousy rating from one driver because I tipped him $3 instead of $5. After I asked him to turn the AC on and he never did and I sat in the back of a Honda CRV for 40+ min on a humid evening. Guys like that shouldn't even be driving

I've been following this guy for years. And to see where's he's at now is very disturbing. The other day I told one of my family members the interest rate when Biden took over and they called me a MAGA idiot and hung up the phone. People just hate Trump and don't care at all about the economy. If these ports shutdown next week they will care then.
One time I rode in a Uber and the driver had phone chargers and a bottle of water available. It was a very nice touch and definitely got a good tip.
