Maybe I am mixing up my law but I remember it as the emperor bound Drach'nyen into the blade millennia ago and at the height of the heresy plunged it into a custodians chest and got him to run through the webway to get it away from Terra. It was later found on a planet by Abadon in the dead custodian.
