These are the 3 things needed in order to meet your higher self, your future self! ….waking meditation especially in nature is perfectly fine…one does not need to do hours of silent meditation! Trust me I've been through it in 2017 and met my highest self in September 2019 ❤❤❤❤

I agree with meditation just not that amount ❤
I don’t agree with the out look on living longer. I want to live longer! I would believe only people who took very good care of their bodies would be living longer lives. Eating the right things, doing some movement and not getting obese. I am currently and want to get back on the right track because of this. The ones laying in hospital beds are definitely not eating right or taking care of their bodies and haven’t been for awhile.

I believe we’re having to have more faith than we’ve ever had before. It appears that the earth is dying and that human beings have no future. I’m holding faith that we do. ❤

I was struggling with meditating and found meditation music helpful. There are many online, and I would listen to the ones that spoke to my soul. Thirty minutes to an hour works. I was comfortable and open to receiving messages or healing. I still need to work on meditating in silence. Do whatever works for you. God bless!
3 hours of meditation is very tough. I don't watch TV, but I still struggle to find the time.

I've tried to meditate for years, and I have not been able to stay that still for very long due to having adhd, but it is easier for me if it's guided. Do you have any advice for those of us who have adhd?
