Kage remember not to take the assembled items, take the parts and build them at the next island
Going to the new islands os probably a bad idea so early, this game seems to be set up on proximity, do them in order
Kage , just a thought . With a larger raft you no longer need an outpost on every island .
i knew it was possible if you only had one barrel or a tire
Place a rudder on the raft. It will only be on the rear of the raft.
Replace the middle sail with a roof so you can see ahead. If you need more sails make the raft wider.
isn't that notch in the raft at the back, where the rudder goes?
I downloaded it… I played for about 3 hours and stopped.
The best thing to do is wait for another update and play.
I played for 3 hours and it didn't get past 4:31 in the morning.
3 hours watching the sun on the horizon… lol
I read some explanations about time not passing… Time is "frozen".
I liked the raft maneuver system, which is now like Stranded Deep, that is, we can "sit down", hold the rudder and maneuver the raft wherever we want…
I went to that island, where you fought with the Jaguar… I walked around the island and saw a house on the other side… A house just like the one we made, including a surfboard on the outside wall… I was a little scared and thought it would be better to leave it there…
Will they put NPCs on the islands?
I still have a lot to learn, because I'm used to playing with the PS4 controller on the PC, but it's not fully compatible… Steam says it's fully compatible, but sometimes something doesn't work.
I'm terrible with the keyboard and mouse. I need to learn how to play with them.

Hey @kage848 , I enjoy your videos and im slowly getting used to your play style so I don't want to give too much info from another tuber that plays the game @fooster
However, yes the lore will unlock certain new feature/tech in the game. Find the rest of the notes, unlock the box by the radio tower, there is also a note in the arch by the light house wall you passed a few times. If im observing if you complete a story line, (collect noted bottles etc…) you'll find out what certain treasures are. So far there are 3 Wilson's so im guessing each island may have 1.
Lastly please read the description of the diseases and other items good from the journal page in the bag, it'll tell you how to get rid of some things, and I wonder if you only have to use the axe to harvest plants or can you use the spade for high drops.
Yeah its fun until you get hungry. I ate a bird turtle dragon etc and 10 minutes later I was hungry. I spent more time eating then anything fun. I hope they fix it.
The weapon and tool racks seem difficult to tell apart.
I notice your triple-sail raft is slower than what I've seen before. I wonder why. 🤔
The big cat can be killed. As you discovered, throwing the spear is not recommended, because it may not do the job, and then you'll have difficulty getting it back when it's stuck in him. With the bow, shoot from far enough out in the water that your air bar appears. The cat, the komodo and other land enemies can't follow you that far in, so you can just shoot them as many times as it takes. 😉
For the raft… you should use the tires and barrels on the outside sections and make the inside sections using logs only. This should help stretch resources. Also, tires are best for building the raft being tires have no other use and barrels can be used for grills.
Kage you missed one bottled note where the Jaguar is… It is on the beach beside where you get the last barrel…

Can you still turn cloth into rope?
Try if you can rotate the sails so they'll b at the back moving you forward and not hinder your view when sailing. If it can be done, then your rudder would be good as is as instead of the rudder to be at the back and you keep looking back to move direction opposite to where you wanna go, it should be in front of you.

The time has froze and your body temp is nearly 100 degrees lol
Raft construction: It's not like you can rotate the platform and make the front different, the front is the front no matter how you put it down. Sails only go in 1 spot, can you rotate them? Can the rudder be put in a different location? It looks like your options are nil on layout. Also it seems like you get a slight speed increase on the second sail but not the third. Could there be an interference issue? Maybe sails are now required to be on every other platform ??

A tip: if you take that cat by the scruff of the neck, where its mother used to lift it when it was a kitten, it relaxes and you can pet it until it sees you as a friend.
Kage I just found out you can put turtle shells in the ground to collect water I don’t even know if this is the video you were saying you we’re having problems with water but thought this might help out a bit
