Cards Against Humanity should be suing the general contractor who was hired by SpaceX to do the construction work. I know the general contractor probably doesn't have the very very Deep Pockets that Elon Musk and SpaceX have. The general contractor hired other specialized contractors to come in and actually do the work, they are the ones that are responsible for where materials are placed or not placed by companies supplying said materials.
