she is like hitting a jackpot at base alot of rng i use her on dominion she seems better there and increased egnits you get base i think 3 on a lv35 her and toli gives me 8 of the means 56 a week and 224 a month so not bad i cant do a lv40 dominion uncommon would love a one created in between like a 37
if tolra had more than a 30% chance i think she could be a S Tier officer but at base prob a B and at tier 2 prob a A and tier 3 a S Tier Def tier 4 S+ maybe thats just me
i agree most of the fed ships not great looking other than g3 sally and enti g4 only the enti rom and klingon have nice g4 ships valdore/ktinga then korinar/pilum so im working on my rom and klingon rep mainly klingon for the ktinga but also would like a valdore such a hard choice both look fantastic but il wait till im near that point for rare its the pilum
