  2. Tama si Justice Carpio don't allow China to continue its aggression and bullying tactics, and eventually damaging all our Philippine ships. It's about time to step up and move forward and allow the US to escort our Philippine ships ๐Ÿšข assert strongly and forcefully our EEZ maritime rights. China must follow the Arbitual ruling and follow the rule of law.

  3. Yes, Justice Carpio is definitely right.
We need the help of the Americans to assist the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea.
We must also file an Arbitration Case against China! To Protect our Territories!
We also need the help of Justice Carpio for consultations in dealing with our legal needs to deter China.
    Gen. Brawner is not even
responding to what is happening now.
    What is happening to him?
    Where is he?
It is now up to you President BBM, our Commander in Chief
to seek the help of our American Friend.๐Ÿ˜ฎ
    Laban Pinas!๐Ÿ˜Š

  4. The international law is very clear on the South China Sea:
    – parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries including Philippines ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ,
    – the rest of it is the international water,
    – no part of it belongs to China๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ or Taiwan๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ผ.

  5. Swarm the sea with cheap small civilian boats. The number of boats will be double or triple the amount of Chinese small rubber boats. This would be a big head ache for the Chinese and the cost to the Philippines would be lower compare to large coast guard vessels. Make sure to rig the small boats and the crew so that they're trackable, have redundant motor, and unsinkable.
The small boats would need a mother ship positioned right at the border of the illegal nine dash line guarded by a Philippine Navy ship. There will be a number of relief small boats there. China cross their illegal nine dash line, the Phil Navy need to be aggressive to the Chinese.
The Filipinos need to think outside the box.
