  1. IF We live in a cyclic universe, We will see a red shift slowly appear in the sky just as we see the blue shift from the big bang fade at the same time. It will be an echo in the universe.
    We will be experiencing a doppler shift at that point.

  2. They haven’t mentioned yet that the Andromeda galaxy is on a collision course with the Milky Way, albeit in around 5 billion years. So, we will lose sight of a few galaxies, but we’ve got one moving into our neighborhood, so we’ll have a light show and a few more/new starts to watch…if we’re still around by that time.

  3. The whole subject of the Doppler red and blue shift of the cosmos is BS. There is no cosmic expansion. There is no cosmic contraction. Red (shift) stars are young stars that only have evolved their photosphere. Blue (shift) stars are older and mature stars that have evolved their photosphere, and the chromosphere. There is no expanding or contracting to these colors. The Doppler shift is a TERRAN Hertz frequency of WAVE PHYSICS. Light is an Angstrom frequency of LIGHT/PARTICLE PHYSICS. There is no union between them. Photinos of the Aether domain are the VARIABLE LIGHT PARTICULATES making waves in the light wave box experiment. Photons of the matter universe are the light speed PARTICLES in the light photon box experiment.

    Any (super)novas that collapse (only the photosphere) where fusion of Hydrogen up to Iron takes place stops, then all higher chromosphere fusion of Cobalt up to Element 118 ceases. In this, the real collapse of the stellar engine is the extinction of the photosphere, that then slams down the chromosphere onto the stellar core (and any associated metallic hydrogen), creating the explosive forces, shattering the chromosphere and corona away from the engine, and most-spectaculary the stellar core of dense superconductive gravitational properties, is fragments, shatters, and is slung in all 360×360 degrees of the cosmos. Those star core fragments then start re-accreting cosmic Hydrogen, evolving a new generation of stars, planets, and moons. If the star fragment mass is high enough, a new stellar engine will evolve its photosphere, and potentially in time, its chromosphere. If the star fragment is far lower, planets and moons will form with an asthenosphere and lithosphere – whether as a rocky, rocky-and-watery, or watery planet. All of this is not included in the t-Russell chart – and should be, as it shows the continual (re-)creations of successive generations of smaller and smaller stars … and those that turn into Red Giants, Red Dwarfs, Brown Dwarfs, etc.

    No end of cosmic time … the cosmos continues, with greater and greater new generations of stars, with further inventory of planets and moons in all of the dark and empty regions of space.

  4. Interesting episode but I'll not worry about the end of days. I believe that it will happen here before the universe goes cold. and I know where I am going. I'm not going to be around in 20 billion years or so so I will focus on more immediate concerns but from where I will be eventually, I can watch it all happen dispassionately.
