S: gamebreakingly strong in most situations or never pass
A: gamebreakingly strong in some situations, very strong otherwise or cannot be passed sometimes
B: very strong in some situations, strong otherwise or avoid passing
C: strong in some situations, mediocre otherwise or avoid passing in some situations
D: mediocre in some situations, weak otherwise
F: complete garbage

I just played a 4 player game and I had toll station from free card draw, I kept thinking how long do I wait to play this to get the most value but then, I was thinking if I wait too long not enough gens left for it to pay off, think I play it and got 8 Mc but then I couldn't play another card for the same price, so I can confirm what you say in video I probably should have just sold it since banker was not a thing. Watch this video 1 day to late
Toll Station value increases with Colonies. I remember when I 1st picked it above something like Great Convoy because it granted 14mc prod on gen 5
