  2. I really wish you’d make some more duel links content dkayed. The games dying and I think a push from you & other creators would bring it back. Even if it was just a video a month, just some content to let people know it still exists and there still adding new stuff

  4. This quote was taken from one of the participant’s review

ā€œFrom the third round we all knew other’s decks. I was walking pass some tcg players who were watching master duel meta, and I saw my exosister decklist. I intentionally hid my secret village of spell casters, cosmic cyclone, and evenly matched. I couldn’t believe my eyes and got on the website and there was everyone’s decklist. From here on, everyone knew other’s deck.ā€

Even the competitors were shocked by your irresponsible action. You should be ashamed.

  5. regarding tournament improvements from magic the gathering:
    – team tournaments tend to have unified decklists; so the restrictions of the bann list apply to everyone. (e.g. only 1 Snakeeye Ash for the whole team, only 1 Wanted, etc.)
    – the finales tend to be bo5, to further reduce randomness

  6. What dkayed did was not "leaking" the decklists. He used what's essentially public knowledge (from untapped- a 3rd party plugin) to compile the decklists, hence why not every deck was immediately revealed. Dkayed had no insider information.
Now, to all the dumbasses on Reddit, Twitter and even on here who:

    1. Wants Konami to punish him: What he did wasn't against Konami rules, because Konami has no rules regarding this.

    2. Says he did it only for clicks and has no love for the game or its competitive integrity: He did it exactly because he knew that the players were doing it themselves already (which is actually fine because again, Konami DOES NOT have a rule that tells them not to do it so it is NOT "cheating", and trying to gain competitive advantage in a competitive environment is a smart thing to do anyway), so by making the lists public on MDM he could help level the playing field somewhat, provided that the players visit his website (do players from OCG regions use MDM though?). Also, his community was interested in knowing the decklists, so he simply gave us what we want (he did the same thing last year as well). Why would you ever say that Dkayed has no love for the game when he has the best YGO websites and he's the best community tournament organizer, the best caster, the one and only leaker/ hypeman, in general the best Youtuber for this game??? And let's not forget the man carried the fuck out of Duel Links for years. He's done more for the game than all the haters combined.

    3. Says he's in the wrong because "all the competitors also thought he's wrong": It's exactly because they were competing that they were emotional and salty. JudeuYGO is the prime example of this (Dkayed didn't even accuse this idiot of "cheating" btw, because again it's not "cheating" if there's no rule that says you aren't allowed to do it). Also since they were all in the middle of competing, it didn't cost the people who actually didn't really give a fuck anything to just say they agreed with Judeu and be done with it.

All in all it's just garbage drama, all because Konami themselves are too stubborn to go Open Decklists for their tournaments like normal card games (gotta preserve that "OMG why does he have that card???" anime feel I guess). I'm so glad Dkayed isn't even addressing this trash drama any further, because there's point in engaging with the trolls, the haters and the morons. They're still hating him for being a Crypto bro (??) or for plugging his stream on his own website (???), so they'll just keep on hating him anyway.

  7. Hey Dkayed. I just feel so unfair for you. I saw some guys invited to the tournament and had a chance to experience the Virtual Duel where you can touch Dark Magician and Blue Eyes Dragon for real.
I mean you are awesome because of your contribution, but Konami may be pinning on you so they will never invite you to a single event of theirs. Smh
