  1. Nice steady gain on the war side! it certainly is a pretty good point compared to before where you could only defend. As you conquer planets i believe you can move the troops defending the back lines forward so that you save a bit of time. Also remember to sell the defences on now safe planets, some buildings have an upkeep cost so when the situation is secure you can get a few more credits

  2. Small idea about the cruel difficulty: since you gave it some roleplay reason for it to be taken down, how about you make it that you switch it on for let’s say 10 episodes and then you switch it off for 5 episodes BUT you cannot use the emperor and he cannot move as he is doing this “ritual” during those 5 episodes?

  3. maybe not change the difficulty just yeat, the empire is not in the best shape and you could use some more ships and infrastructure in place before the enemy returns in numbers… love the series thoug! 😀

  4. An entire episode dedicated to slicing up the Hutts with a sharp, triangular utensil known as the Executor, I don't think I'll be sharing this one with my Hutt loving friend.

A Hutt series for Fall of the Republic (8:00) would be a pretty good watch, not only would we get a good showing for their unique mechanics but the heavy-frigate/medium capital ship meta would probably give them plenty of shining moments that you wouldn't normally see in Thrawn's Revenge.

In regards to the question about the AI targeting interdictors with Ground to Space Weapons (9:46), I find they generally target the largest ship first before moving on to the next one, so bringing a small pop ship like the Immobiliser rather than the Interdictor would allow you to avoid that. But maybe I will need to test it out for myself at one point.

I looked it up before the infocard decided to cover it, but the hero death at 11:52 happens to be one of the Hutt Eco heroes (I think it's one of their credit boost rather than admin ones, but I could be wrong), so they should feel the hit to their income down the line, especially with how many of their ships you're blowing up.

Was gonna ask a question about where the Hutts got TX-130's from (13:49) but I noticed they managed to capture a abandoned factory along the way, so instead I'll use this paragraph to answer the query about the battle droids; you are correct about them not being B2s, they're instead far far older (25,000 BBY, long before the 3960 BBY setting of Knights of the Old Republic), being the personal creations of a despot called Xim that the Hutts defeated in their very early history. The Hutts took in the entire stock of droids once they defeated him, using them as statues and decorations until the Vong invaded Hutt space and the droids were activated, which is why you see them as planetary capital and faction capital guards.

You're actually on the money in regards to the battle at Zeltros (28:04); there's an typo in the game code so any squadron of Dunelizards (which are the main Hutt fighters) need to be destroyed in space to claim victory. Not the end of the world, but something that should be fixed by the next update. You also did get paid, the game just didn't list how much you got for some reason, best guess would be that you used Auto resolve at the end and that probably took precedent.

Those last two battles over Gyndine were quite spectacular, watching the Executor slice through the Hutt ships, even with how much damage it took and the first loss of a World Devastator, before having the Eclipse arrive to simply snipe the remaining stations and their garrisons was nothing short of cathartic. A pretty short one from me, but with the destruction of the fleet over Gyndine I suspect the Empire may soon put a permanent end to the threat posed by the Hutts and Eraidu. Also the thumbnail is pretty funny, though I will admit that's mostly due to the silhouette you used for the Validusa, complicated shape and all.
Looking forward to the next episode as always.

  5. A bit of humble Advice, especially against the Hutts, pairing your repair ship with a handful of lancer frigates can effectively half the Hutts damage output because they rely so heavily on concussion missiles which can be intercepted by point defense. The lancer has the best PD in the game
