I'm seeing a ton of biased intel in this presentation. Nikola Tesla wasn't even remotely mentioned in the alternative energy solutions? I'm all about having an old Mustang that burns fuel, yet also enjoy thoughts of a flying craft that relies on our megnetisphere, and ionosphere. I'm thinking this whole energy thing is an absolute scam.

It's not the most potentially worst quake region, the subduction fault in northern CA, OR & WA could (and has in the past) trigger a 9+ earthquake. It's a more devastating type of quake too as the entire fault can rip all at the same time, not just portions of it.

Simple ie on an idea type scale, and "yes" the concept will work when scaled up. The "temporary" solution as no such thing as permanent solution on an geologically active planet & especially when solving a tectonic plate . The need to get rid of plastic as a waste problem is the perfect material for proposed solution due to how abundant it is – well its "trashed" as in free we just need to collect it, then remelt it all together into an expanding type of foam from the waste plastics. Then much like in drilling when they are fracking, we use a similar method to inject our plastic waste which we now have formulated into a insulation type expanding foam, again similar to what the home building industry uses – anyway yes it will be akin to building the Great Wall of China but the idea being to take our plastic waste & cleverly dispose of it by creating a BIG fault line cushion that will if nothing else buffer the faulted zone and perhaps saving LA from any MAJOR earth quake disasters. I mean, just saying…

What I would like to see is if we could find some way to harness the huge amount of energy from earthquake faults and the forces involved so that we can get huge amounts of energy and take it to power our society instead of having the faults break and kill people if it knocks a building down.
