About All In The Family:
One of the most acclaimed comedy series of all time, All in the Family with Archie Bunker as the irascible, highly opinionated, working-class family man who viewed the world on his terms and his terms only. When not arguing with his liberal son-in-law, “Meathead,” Archie took refuge in his long-suffering wife, Edith, who tries her best to understand Archie’s conservative ways and outdated beliefs.

Love this show
This was a great episode. There’s so many terrific character actors on this show like George and his father.
Love it! ❤ One of my favorite episodes! 😂 Thanx so much!
It's Nick Lobo doin a side job…
Ho Chi Minh committed mass-murder in North Vietnam in the 1950s. Even Ken Burns showed this of him!
Hi Chi Minh committed mass-murder in North Vietnam in the 1950s. Even Ken Burns showed this of him!
Richard Masur went on to monster success.
"Everyman is my superior in that I might learn from him". This maxim I've used throughout my life. May never had heard it save for All in the Family.
Best episode ever ❤
That's Stefano DiMera from Days of our lives….
One of my favorites…as disabled I hate when people speak to as if I'm ah child… I'm respectfully ah definite adult & FYI…the Lord loves me as I am!!!🥂😸💙✌️☮️🍹🍿🍦🏍️🏆🏆🏆🏆🎸📟💽💰💳⚖️🕶️☣️♻️⚛️🎼🇧🇧🖋️📒🖌️🖊️📐💊📡📏🖇️🖊️🖋️✏️🖋️🖋️🖋️🖋️
Man, Stefano DiMera was grey before he made his debut on "Days of Our Lives."
Archie's prejudice shows up even more in this episode than in his interactions with blacks. He really thinks he is smart! LOL
This is one of my favorite episodes! Only Archie could deliver those comments.
This was one of the best episodes.
I hate to say I have to side with Archie on this one, I'm mentally disabled but with the way the world works I've been forced to practically get over it as no one understands and no one wants to help. People who have issues tend to bother people. In high school I had a friend who would flip shit because 'free time' was over… We were lucky enough to get it but he didn't see it that way and he made people scared of him because he'd be screaming and cursing.
i cant stand it when people undermine special needs folks. they can do more than you can ever imagine! ive seen some work harder than a person without special needs!!
Great episode. I always enjoy watching Richard Masur.
I loved Richard maxzur. I stopped watching one day at a time when he left…
Archie is the stupidest person in the world and that is not funny because there are more people out there like him.
This was a great episode! Thanks for sharing it. Many could learn from it. God Bless You and stay safe 🙏 ❤️
❤ BEST SHOW EVER! ❤
I love this show so much. Nothing takes me back like this.
Of Mouse and Men 🤣
It goes to show not to judge a book by its cover. People with disabilities are just as smart but slower. They deserve a chance to. I was also in Special Needs classes so I get it.
2:16 Ahahaha
" that one kinda grapes on my noyves" lol
Archie is very kind until he makes a mistake.
Another great episode showing everyone except Archie is trying to be respecting of human differences.
This show woke America up to the stupidity of bigotry and ignorance, using humor.
Been looking everywhere for this episode which is absolutely in my Top 5. This is pure gold.
Kids can be cruel, and it always pissed me off when they would bully or make fun of them. I went to a school that had a section to teach kids with special needs. Several times we had to stand up for them when jerks tried to make fun of them. Even at a young age it didn't make sense why they would pick on someone less fortunate than they were.
Now the country is full of meatheads destroying the hell out of it
Honestly, I am glad it's more proper to avoid using the word "retarded" when speaking about people with special needs. I'm autistic and while the word isn't like…Triggering, I was taught it was a bad word and very degrading toward people like myself who have special needs / learning disabilities.
Personally, I have high functioning autism, so being referred to as "retarded" is rather insulting – though even if I wasn't, I would still hate hearing others with learning disabilities referred to as such. :/ When I worked at Goodwill, a place meant to help people with disabilities and barriers, a customer was legit saying the word so loud, I was surprised that one of my co-workers didn't jump the man when he was ready to pay! The guy was rather inappropriate and I feel like he showed up a few times, saying something stupid every time – maybe once making a joke about a woman's weight? He just made me sick. 🙁
Normally I like Archie, but he was a real meathead in this episode.
There was something about the 70's comedy. 😂
Archie Bunker: Let me ask you something there, about George. I mean, how did that happen to him? When he was a baby, uh, did somebody throw him up in the air and forget to catch him?
Mr. Bushmill: It's a common birth defect. The doctors call it anoxia. It means he didn't get enough oxygen when he was born. Now that's what happened to George – what's your excuse?
I love this!❤ thank you so much, great channel!😊
What I get out of watching the shows is not to be like Archie the original meathead
Norman Lear was ahead of his time. RIP Norman
