This actually is enabling. When peace more charitable more people become homeless. Feels good in the short term, but hurts more in the long term as more people will expect a free ride.

We used to have just homeless in my city and everyone knew who they were and bought their breakfasts lunch’s and dinners, they never made a mess and seemed happy honestly just down on their luck and no family. Then we started getting addicts and you can’t help them like you can with just the homeless because they don’t care if you do or don’t they don’t clean up and they’re always just looking for their next hit. Very sad.
