We need to follow the 2nd Ammendment literally. It says NOTHING about the individual right to guns. Every community should have an amory where all guns are kept, guarded and locked up. There should be well a regulated militia who trains on a routine basis. People, who have recieved TRAINING AND PERMITS should be allowed to check out guns for hunting, and return them at the end of the day. Kids could be trained by certified instructors, but NEVER allowed to access weapons without supervision. Guns found on criminals, would be confiscated immediately and the criminal imprisoned. AMERICANS ARE TOO IRRESPONSIBLE TO KEEP GUNS IN THEIR HOMES. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THAT WE WEILL STOP THE VIOLENCE.
