In this episode of Daily Mirror, anchor Shreya Upadhyaya discusses how a disturbing video circulating widely shows a man sexually assaulting a woman on a road in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The man, Lokesh, allegedly drugged the woman before the assault, which occurred in the Koyla Phatak area. Bystanders recorded and shared the footage on social media instead of intervening. Lokesh has been arrested, and the survivor, a ragpicker, was lured under false pretences.
A panel of experts has joined Shreya Upahyaya to discuss this in detail. Clinical Psychologist Dr Bhavna Barmi says “This is terrible.
