I can’t believe u were here and auditing the district 11 building!! I would have loved to helped u with this one! I’m a 40yr old engineer, resident and constituent of the Collier/Bridgeville area, and this PennDOt District 11 is the absolute BANE of my existence!! They are absolutely MISERABLE to try to get ahold of a human or get any kind of assistance. When their repaving contractor haphazardly modified the grading of my street, they diverted all of the storm water away from the existing storm culvert, down my driveway, and ruined the entire yard and the driveway. They are an absolute disgraceful circle-jerk representation of a Department of The State.
ON A POSITIVE NOTE, I am THRILLED to see how awesome all of the COLLIER PD boys, including the Supervisor (Notice he didn’t even have to get out of his truck to handle anything. The young guys had Sarg covered like a blanket.) handled the whole situation. 👍👍👍💪💪💪 If you noticed how little patience they seemed to have right off the rip for the PennDoT office’s BS, I’d say it’s possible there may be some history between parties where this kind of behavior has become more of a habit and is SOP for this office.
