OK … the dog … in the videos I've watched, there is a city around A/B 5/6 with a police station that he found the dog at. But also the dog will spawn in more places had you set it to 4 dogs (the max) instead of 1 (which you did in the first video). Maybe someday they will offer you "Animal Control Officer" where you start OFF with the dog LOL.
Also, you need dog food and the ability to make a dog food dish so you can get the dog. After that, I THINK you can just feed it meat.
