Humans Trapped By Government In Apartments, With No Food, Electricity, Etc

The film is set in a 1970s era council block in Weston, Southampton set in the present-day United Kingdom. Mark, an artist, wakes to find that he has been sealed into his flat with no way out. There is no electricity, no water and no communications with the outside world apart from a voice over the intercom, repeating the phrase, β€œplease remain calm, the situation is under control”.

  1. There’s no way that they could lock me in my room without being able to get out ? High rises are the best places to trap thousands of people. I hate cities and high rises.

  2. Government trapping people in apartments and not giving them essentials like food… Yeah, that happened in China during covid.. Some people even resorted to eating their pets :/

  3. This happened to the whole world in 2020-21 (the lockdowns) which did not prevent disease, and made things worse. It was a crime against humanity. In China, people were literally sealed into their apartments and died. It had nothing to do with disease prevention. It was just government and medical tyranny, a way for the state to assert its power over us. As Orwell writes in 1984, power is its own end. There is no higher political objective the state wants; just absolute power over us.

  4. Ah yes, another movie where people are absolute monkeys and maje everything worse… Thouh i WOULD argue about water and electricity being cut off from apartments, because i did not understand why they were cut off, I only understood internet cut off that would cause social media chaos.

  5. Oh how I missed this channel.
    Specifically, you as the voiceover.

I think I mentioned the same thing like 2 years ago, but those little jokes you throw in ALWAYS get a laugh out of me
