  1. I do hope that rain will fully come (thunder too) in Satisfactory. Also I do hope that you will not overdo on "base def fence" because I know lots of players do not play this because of tower defense. But play this game to avoid it so please focus more on building aspects of the game and that we will not suddenly see combat defense towers or creatures charging on base and stuff like that. Just let us build…..

  2. I love the overclocking idea. when I first started I was confused because overclocking at 200% should be double not more than double. Same can be said with under clocking as well. I love everything you guys are doing and for me I love the overclock rebalance it makes it more simple and easy to understand. everything else seem amazing and can't wait for the different slots for the body, I always thought it should be a slot for your feet,back and head. Even just a slot for your feet and back is enough for me and I think most would enjoy this.

  3. I think a good compromise for clocking would be a linear formula for underclocking and to keep the actual formula for overclocking. This may be a little bit more confusing (not so much) but it would be more coherent (If you work in the specs machine it's linear but if you push it to the limit it has another formula). Also for gameplay it's better to have 2 machines than one at 200% since this is a harder to plan the layout of your industry.

  4. Overclocking should be more efficient, like 200% costs 1.5x power or something/. You should want to overclock and it should be done by allowing the players to build upgraded internal components to put into the machines. Maybe even make another machine that you put up as a heat-sink/radiator and you hook hoses from the sink to the overclocked machines like power cables or something.

  5. If Clockspeed was changed as mentioned in the video to be linear it would make Overclocking completly overpowered.
    – There would be no downside to overclocking
    – Anyone would overclock as much as possible

    Suggested change: Make underclocking (below 100%) linear and leave overclocking (above 100%) as it is (or just tune the exponent).

  6. Very much support the overclocking changes. They can definitely help with late-game lag without the tradeoff of having to build an insane power network. Miners and Power Plants working on a different formula than manufacturing building is also fine.

  7. I'm excited to see everything that's coming! My only idea was to possibly round the numbers when we overclock? Might be a good mid ground between your linear function and simplicity for players to understand. I'm enjoying the game and all that it is! Thank you!
