Nice I remembered Telefang when I played Pokemon Jade. I really enjoyed it.
Haha I played Telefang as a kid. They sell this game on the black market with the name Pokemon Jade. It was even with a horrible german Translation. I played it a lot as a kid, even if I cant save my game progress. I still sometimes listen to the battle music. (Its on YouTube)
When is it ?
it took 16 years for a telefang translation. I'm glad and im looking forward to playing it, thanks for the news! However, i really wish that the digimon xros wars translation project didn't flop

Disc Creatures was so incredibly underrated. Really going to miss the 8-bit aesthetic but hopefully the face lift with World can finally give the dev some more attention.

I remember playing a game similar to what you described for Telegang as a kid most likely it was called Pokémon Jade but I can’t remember

Holy crap, the last time I saw anything Telefang related was in that rom hack, Pokemon Snakewood. This feels like a blast from the past.

I enjoyed the Bloomtown demo, but I am wondering if I should hold out for a physical release.
I went onto a website called gbafun and it had both versions of Telefang and all Pokémon games from all Gameboy consoles. sadly all Pokémon were removed
