My guess is that PSVR2 is going to launch in March 16.
I want GTA 5 in VR so badly – that would be my dream. Also Fortnite would be insane!
There's nothing here that really appeals to me in this launch title list, which is a shame because I've been looking forward to the PS VR2 for a long time. In fact, I'm waiting to start looking for a PS5 as I'm hoping to buy it in a bundle with the VR2. That said, I wish for an open world higfantasy game in VR, sword, monsters, dungeons and magic, you know… I would just buy the whole system just for a title like this. 🤔

14:09 The issue might not be the standalone VR headset business model, but the casual one. Casuals don't spend much, they stick to whatever game or application they bought the headset for, maybe another title their social group is playing, and they stick with it, or the headset ends up in a cupboard.
What about beat saber or pistol whip? For me GT7 will be for sure the main reason to get PSVR2. If it's late it will make it easier to wait for PSVR2 to be out of the scalpers hands…
I would love to see Killzone Trilogy on PSVR2.
Great gamescast as always guys! They have to release a new silent hill, and that would sell headsets.
The problem with Returnal is that it only works at native 1080p and doesn't keep a steady 60fps
The cut in the graphics would have to be quite big to make it look ok for PSVR2

I wanted to like Wanderer way more than I did. It's a great game, but the bugs were so frustrating. I even waited for a few patches before starting. I should have waited longer.
What about the classics? Beat Saber? We will miss our move controls then.
I'd love Rush Of Blood 2 (or at least an enhanced version of the original..that doesn't pause by itself on PS5)….and I still can't believe with didn't get a full first party scuba diving game on PS4 after Ocean Descent (a VR headset is essentially an in home scuba mask). Sadly I'm doubtful we'll get either.
Farpoint 2 would be awesome. That game was grossly underestimated and had unjust reviews. It was one of the best vr story based games ever.

The Quest price rise was interesting news to me. At first I knew the future Quest Pro was a cynical cash grab; given the spec increase between the Quest 1 and 2, the Quest Pro is very clearly a Quest 3 except the word instead of the number allows them to sell it at a higher price point. But I was expecting the Pro to be sold at the price they're now raising the Quest 2 to.

If anyone has played Project Cars 2 on PCVR on a really decent spec you'll get a taste of just how good Gran Turismo 7 will look on PSVR2. Truly jaw dropping.
I actually think we'll get a decent set of driving games for PSVR2 aside from GT7… I'm thinking Dirt Rally 2.0, Project Cars 2 or 3, Assetto Corsa, F1, maybe even Ride 4 (god damn it, bikes would be superb in VR 🤩)
And thinking Half Life Alyx… is there a chance, given how good it is, that it could actually upstage Sony's killer launch games? (I'm thinking Horizon COTM)
If Wipeout OC launched as a PSVR2 launch game I genuinely don't think it would look out of place. Whenever I play it (especially when I started) it feels VERY much like a whole generation or two ahead of its time.
I would seriously love to see Alien: Isolation, as well as Aliens: Fireteam Elite go VR.
