If you have mail theft in your neighbor, buy an Apple AirTag and mail it to yourself. Leave that AirTag mail in the mailbox until it is stolen. Call the cops and tell them you have the location of the thief.
This is becoming more frequent around the country… we need some law and order and an administration that understands the fundamentals of economics to avoid this kind of desperation.
