  2. It's said that only a very few select things grew in Vermont during the year without a summer, like Rhode Island White Cap flint corn, and Abenaki flint corn. I'm sure it wasn't the first time those indigenous varieties went through a cataclysmic weather change.

  13. Butter and honey both come from another source. The cow gives us milk and with hard work we turn out butter. The bee gives us honey, and we eat without working for it. But the bee stings and if you're not careful that will be the price you pay. The cow gives freely but we must steal from the bee. To work hard for what we have is good. But to steal brings forth a sting and is evil.

  24. Danny and Wanda, thank you so much for continuing to do these videos. The two of you remind me that I am not alone in my journey. This planet is dark, and we need to shine bright! It is much easier to shine when you know there are others out there. Even if we are a tiny flame, like the one you mentioned…think about those concerts where everyone is holding up a small flame and it looks like a flowing wave of beautiful light.
