Oh hey, VtM: Rivals! I'm a playtester for that game, and I think any Vampire fans in the crew would love how thematically tied to the lore it is. Also, it has trans representation, including a forthcoming card in the Heart of Europe expansion who is the first nonbinary/trans-masculine character in the game and is named after my partner!
Okay, hearing HAWS being talked about on Mail Time made the world seem much smaller! My wife and I got our second cat from there! It was a close contest between a few candidates until she got back in her cage, tried to roll over on a shelf, and then face planted because she rolled too much! Tried to play it off as intentional.

So those five decks you got at the start for Arkham (Nathaniel Cho, Harvey Walters, Winifred Habbomock, Jacqueline Fine, and Stella Clark) are the "Investigator Starter Decks", and feature five ready-to-play decks for their respective investigators, plus a whole slew of potential upgrades.
Bonus fun trivia: Stella is the first (openly) transgender investigator in the Arkham Files, and the upcoming Scarlet Keys expansion will have the first (openly) non-binary investigator in the Arkham Files.

I haven't even clicked play on this yet, but as someone who fell into the rabbit hole of Nerf modification in the past few years, I'm very much looking forward to finding out if whoever it is that sent you that pair of modded Nerf Hammershots that you're displaying in the thumbnail explained precisely how they modified them or not (I can see one of the many 3d-printed body kits and a BlasterParts metal trigger/hammer set in the one on the left, for instance).
Edit, after reaching that point in the video: Graham's surprise at the priming mechanism notwithstanding, that's entirely normal and not the result of any custom modification – the Hammershot is named that due to being hammer primed (it's the first of what have been many subsequent iterations on that same template from Nerf).
When you pull the hammer down you're rotating a larger section of it internally within the shell, that's connected to two "arms" that are on hinges, one that compresses the main spring (situated inside the grip) and one that pulls back the plunger head (situated behind the cylinder where you load the darts), and a section of that larger internal geometry "knocks" the section of the trigger that you can't see forwards a bit (pulling it, in other words) before its return spring shifts it back to the neutral position as you finish the prime; as you were doing that, another spring loaded component gets pulled backwards (via a cylinder projecting from one side of the hammer's internal geometry) and that makes the cylinder advance to the next chamber.
The main spring then can't simply shove everything in front of it on those hinges back forwards again – firing the blaster – until you pull the trigger, because the top of the trigger and a flat section of the hammer's geometry are butting up against each other, with the direction of the force that the spring is imparting trying to "push" the trigger out of the way in a direction that it cannot move (that being "straight down"). Pulling the trigger tips it out of the way.
