Maybe Pennsylvania needs to spend some taxpayers money on their infrastructure and not by just putting out a cone for 50 years like they do potholes and everything else and don’t think it’s just Philly because it’s the whole state.
The problem on Kelly Drive is there is no single police precinct designated for the drive. The Park Police used to be responsible for this area.

The stupidity of some drivers is infinite, not just in Philly but everywhere. I live in an outer tier suburb and only have to drive 5 miles to work four days a week, and if I see less than 3 morons per trip I'm amazed! And that's just going to work, since I come home around 2am and there is no traffic at that time.
Would love to see the bodycam of the LEO that finally got fed up and chased that one driver down, just to hear the idiot drivers excuse. The minute they say "My GPS told me…" they should lose their license for a year AND have to complete some more education about driving.

Either way is hard entering that road, cars on the side where the road @, it’s still hard for them to turn onto that road when u got cars behind u, The city needs to do more to make it safe with light signs ,telling driver to slow down to curves and letting them know their speed and making that road a one way for drivers to enter to Kelly drive

why is there even an eastbound lane then? they should make Reservoir Drive one-way (west-bound only) there between Kelly Dr and Edgley.
