Also Starfire is just the English translation of her real name. Lots of foreign people go by a different name in different countries to make life easier. And I'm pretty sure "Raven" is Raven's actual name. The only ones who don't have an excuse are Robin and Cyborg.

Orcs having chlorophyll and probably being plant-people is a really good twist of the archetype.
I feel like the whole thing of touching hot metal is just another version of "l'appel du vide", aka "Call of the Void", where you look at something you KNOW is incredibly dangerous (and potentially deadly) to do, but your brain just stops for a moment and thinks "I wonder what it would be like to do that thing…"
