  1. If you're going to spec up Argenta, I say you set her up with a melta instead of a shotgun. It may cost a few talents, but it's more fitting lore wise.

Or I guess plasma might be an other option if you are going full aoe.

  2. You kinda missed some at the Dead Planet. Spoilers below:

    The 1st pattern does nothing.
The 2nd pattern opens the chest with the sword and thus empties the jaws
Next click on the jaws puts your cracked xenochest in the jaws
    [You are here]
Now you have to figure out another pattern to open it to get the proper resolution.

  3. Full AoE on Argenta kind of makes her the non-psychic version of Idira's lightning and maybe a good choice for warp encounters. Anyway, you'll potentially have a psychic Abby in Heinrix and a mundane Idira in in Argenta. What's that make Jae?

  4. Re: Heinrix. I went the assassin route with him. Grabbed killing edge and then worked up to warp speed. At least on hard this worked rather well. Was after the balance changes too.

  5. Um Retcon, that anicent force sword didn't come from the crack Xeno-chest you picked up eariler. It came from another Xeno-chest that was already inside the mouth of that weird Kraven laser puzzle thing. So maybe you should go back & try the other pattern on it or something?

  6. Though argenta is just… Samey… as a character (at least so far… She has some surprises in storage…), I'd say she might be fun to play if you spec her into an aggressive frontliner and replace maybe edira or yrliet? (pasc, abey and Cass are just too useful to put on hold). since by this point you just have a frontliner, someone who's a middle field and 4 backliners (which, to be fair, has been working wonderfully!).
Though I could also see hendrix replacing Abby very occasionally (like if you need someone to walk through sludge again…) and, as far as I know, his psykic powers could even make him one of the best melee fighters in the game after the Player character…

Oooor… Since they're not your usual party you could just spec all the extras into the more exotic equipment you wouldn't normally use like plasma, flamethrowers, drukarii weapons, bolsters, melta guns… and just trade them in for the occasional "burn the heretic!!!" spectacle.
