One small satisfaction I'm looking forward to in EH getting her comeuppance is that she has a few years left to be in her prime, namely the 4th decade of her life. Great pity for her, and JOY (in capital of course) for some of us, is that she will spend most of those years deprived of freedom, regardless whether jail being a posh country club or not, or how many kids she would be hell bent on sausage-making out on this earth. When she's back in town, she will be in her 50s and botox will become a daily necessity, among others… Providing that they will be locking her up SOON (in capital of course.) – and I'm betting on a good 10 years, ie decade!
My 2 cents: a lot of this comes down to the Presentence Report. Picture this (if you will): a Probation Officer interviewing Holmes status, seeing 1) Zero admission of guilt; and 2) Holmes current abode. Won't go well for Holmes. …. However… If its a old white male Probation Officer, justice might get screwed.
That would be messed up if she's pregnant again.
Holmes is still benefiting from her sociopathy.
Holmes is benefiting from her persona. She should have been found guilty of all counts.
They should make her pay back all those investors.
You might realize this but just misspoke, I am not sure. But their sentences could potentially be quite different because the 20 years is not the total max. They face up to 20 years per count they are found guilty on. So Holmes faces up to 80 years. Consecutive sentences aren't really common for these types of crimes, so the judge could give her the max on each count but have them run concurrent so she still winds up doing the 20 years. Another factor – this judge has dealt with big money fraudsters before and has done so with a heavy hand and the Holmes case is the biggest fraud $$ loss this judge will decide. Another factor – if the judge decides to go a bit light on sentencing, it's a lot harder to overturn on appeal. Holmes does have a couple of hits she will take when it comes to the guidelines (leadership role in the fraud and abuse of trust) with no mitigating help at all (she could have helped her sentencing by accepting responsibility). And then you have the biggie… she is a wealthy, well connected, ivy-league educated, attractive, white woman. That fact will likely help her the most. Having said all of that, I believe most people feel her sentence will be about 20 years but also wouldn't be surprised it were quite less given some of things I mentioned. Many people have suggested the judge would go into the single digits, but that suggestion is met with a lot of outrage.
She only got pregnant to stay out of prison.
She needs to pay everyone back and go to jail and lifetime community service
Oh leave Elizabeth alone. The Billionaires, she supposedly defrauded, are huge crooks themselves and can't stand the fact that they were duped by a young woman. I don't think Elizabeth intentionally tried to defraud. She got in over her head and didn't know how to get out.

Thanks for bringing up Sunny, he always seems to get away with public exposure even though he was just as bad as Elizabeth and was with a 19 year old girl which is not illegal but it is taking advantage of a much younger person. also Youtube did not tell me you had more videos out, now I get to binge watch like 4 of them which is awesome 🙂
From what I've read, federal prisoners must serve at least 85% of their sentences. The "time off for good behavior" is much less than it is in state prisons.

Why in the world would ANYONE get pregnant knowing they may go to jail. Just that very fact shows she is manipulative. I hope they throw the entire book at her. Women have babies in prisons ALL the time. Hopefully, she will be one of them.
