I CRASHED RIDING ONE OF MY FAVOURITE TRACKS!

This one hurt! This week I had a big crash on my bike trying my best to keep up with Ryan down one of the most fun tracks at Tirpentwys, Pontypool.

We ventured over to the opposite side of the mountain on the lock out for some hidden tracks to ride, but found ourselves enjoying some of the crazy tracks that have been carved into the hillside.

Here’s a general list of things you can expect from this channel.

  1. Hope you all good now. I did same at Afan washed out front whell on steep berm. Morriston hospital 3 in the morning by the time a maxillofacial surgeon was available to stich up degloved cheek. No part of my helmet contacted the ground so my helmet was good 😏

  2. I feel your pain, watching this after stacking it at Tyn Y Coed yesterday. Hurting in a few new places as the overnight stiffness set in. Turns out this shit can be dangerous. 😆 Would've been much worse without kneepads though, you're a braver man than me!
